Bernhard Voelcker is Head of Projects at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in India with expertise in renewable energy with the focus on energy storage .Preceding his position at GIZ, he worked as regional Director MEA for project management and engineering for Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co KG in UAE for 15 years and was General Manager at VSE Media GmbH for 9 years. Before he was officer of the German army for 15 years. He studied at the University for Applied Science in Ulm and holds a master’s degree in industrial Electronics.
