Mohammed Shoeb Ali

Shoeb is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Transition VC (TVC), where he spearheads the firm’s strategic vision and investment initiatives. At Transition VC, Shoeb oversees the end-to-end investment lifecycle, including developing the investment thesis and processes, evaluating and executing startup investments, managing the portfolio, and driving successful exits.

With over 14+ years of expertise in portfolio management, investment strategy, and deal execution, Shoeb holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Institute of Public Enterprise and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Osmania University. Shoeb has made significant contributions to the Energy Transition sector as an investor and board member. His portfolio includes Protonas, Fitsol, Matel Motion and Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Emo Energy, where he has helped shape their growth trajectories.
